Q.5. What document will I get upon subscription?

Subscribers will be issued a guaranteed lease request form and receipt of payment upon subscription.

Please note that payment and submission of the filled subscription form, with passport photograph, valid ID Card and proof of payment validates your subscription.

Upon completion of payment, subscribers will be issued an allocation letter.

Q.6. When will the guaranteed corporate lease be paid?

30 days after completion of payment and processing of the subscription form.

Subscribers are to submit the guaranteed lease form within 48 hours for processing.

Q.7. What happens after the 3-year lease?

Subscribers can choose to renew or take full possession of their property.
